Return Policy
We only offer exchange or refund in the case of faulty goods. If goods are faulty they must be reported within 7 days of your receipt of the goods. If goods are damaged in transit, please notify us immediately and we will endeavour to replace the product/s. In the case whereby we cannot replace a product due to timing or unavailability, a full refund on the damaged product/s will be forwarded but only if the damaged product/s is returned to our warehouse.
Please retain the original box and packing materials as these may be required for inspection.
Our products are not returnable for a full refund except for reasons of delivery error or defect, and then, only upon receiving a return authorisation number from our office.
