DELIVERY
All orders will receive standard delivery Australia wide, with the costs of shipping based on your location. Once you've finished adding products to your cart, add your delivery address at checkout to get your Shipping quote.
We do ship internationally, and we specialise in delivering gifts within Australia to the friends and family of our international customers.
SHIPPING TIMES
We endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 business day of you placing it, however during peak or promotional periods (eg sale, Christmas) please allow up to 10-days for your order to leave our warehouse.

INCORRECT ADDRESS / ORDERS
We are unable to change the details of an order once it has been placed. Please contact us by calling 0400883020 if you have made an error and we will try to halt your order, however due to fast processing times this is not guaranteed.
We do not accept any liability for incorrect addresses, however will always try to accommodate amends where we can. To avoid disappointment, please make sure you check your delivery address carefully.
Return & Exchange Policy
EXCHANGE
We accept change of mind items and will offer an exchange on any full priced product upon return of the item. The item must be unopened and unused in its original packaging and you must contact us within 28 days of receipt of your delivery or purchase. Valid proof of purchase is required.

Specially ordered large items (ie an item we do not keep stock of and where we raise an order direct to you from a supplier), except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected, may not be able to be returned if they are unwanted.
REFUNDS
Klinci Kids reserves the right to decline an exchange or refund where a fault is caused by misuse or neglect. Proof of purchase is required.
